City Of Conway To Host CCU Watch Party For Season Opener

Conway is hoping you'll come out to watch the game at their Town Green Tealgate.

The city of Conway is hosting a watch party to kick off Coastal Carolina University’s football season.

The Chanticleers are set to play UCLA for their season opener on Saturday on the West Coast. Conway is hoping you’ll come out to watch the game at their Town Green Tealgate.

The lot will open at 6p.m. and Second to Third Avenue along Laurel Street is set to be closed off and filled with live music before streaming the game on an inflatable screen.

The game starts at 10:30p.m. and the event will also have food and games.

Conway invites everyone to come out and support the Chanticleers and have a goodtime, but they want to remind everyone that it is illegal to openly carry alcohol within city limits.
