Plus, a new ranking of the top ice cream chains was chosen by a group of foodies…here’s what made the list. At the top is Baskin-Robbins but, not just because they have 31 flavors to choose from. The “experts” say it’s always delicious and it’s top of mind when you think of ordering an ice cream birthday cake or taking the kids after a sports game. Following in second is Salt and Straw a more west coast based chain. Ben & Jerry’s, Haagen Dazs and Cold Stone Creamery rounded out the favorites.
