Hot Dog Chili

1 lb Beef
1/2  (10 oz) Tomato Sauce
1/3 cup Water
1/2 cup Ketchup
2 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
Dash of Worcestershire
​Brown the Beef and add all other ingredients and cook for about 20 minutes.​

BLT Dip
2 cups Sour Cream
2 cups Mayo
2 lbs sliced Bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 Plum Tomatoes, chopped
3 Green Onions, Chopped
Crackers of choice
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and serve with crackers.

Pork Butt Rub
1 cup Seasoned Salt
1/2 cup Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Black Pepper
1/2 cup Onion Powder

Dough for Single-Crust Pie
1 1/2 cups Water
1/4 cup plus 1 1/2 tsp Cornstarch
1 1/2 cups Sugar
4 Tbsp plus 1 1/2 Cherry Gelatin
1 pint fresh or frozen Blueberries
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 can Cherry pie filling
4 ounces Cream Cheese
1/3 cup Confectioners Sugar
1 3/4 cups Whipped Topping
Cook pie shell according to directions and set aside.
In a large saucepan combine Sugar, Cornstarch and Water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened (about 2 minutes). Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Divide mixture in half. Stir in Blueberries and Lemon Juice. Spread over the crust. Chill until set.
Beat Cream Cheese and Confectioners Sugar until smooth. Fold in Whipped Topping. Spread over the Blueberry Layer. Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours). Top with Cherry Pie Filling.

Macaroni Slaw
1 pkg Ditalini Macaroni (7 oz)
3 cups Cole Slaw Mix
2 medium Onions, finely chopped
2 Celery Ribs, finely chopped
1 medium Cucumber, finely chopped
1 medium Green Pepper, finely chopped
1 can (8 oz) Water Chestnuts, drained & chopped
Dressing
1 1/2 cups Mayo
1/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Pepper
Cook Macaroni according to the package. Drain and rinse in cold water. Place in a large bowl and add the cabbage mix, onions, celery, Cucumber, green pepper and water chestnuts.
In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over the Slaw and toss. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
