A pair of tornadoes touched down in Florida and Virginia over the weekend causing major damage. Saturday, an F2 touched down in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. It brought winds of up to 100mph damaging homes, flipping vehicles and snapping trees. Luckily no major injuries were reported. Yesterday evening, a tornado hit Virginia Beach bring high speed winds. The city estimated 50 to 100 homes were damaged during the storm. The city also had to cancel last night’s performance of the Something in the Water outdoor festival.
