Spring is a time when many are planning vacations. But, if you don’t have plans, no need to have FOMO! Nearly half of Americans have spring travel plans. But, you may be surprised to know that nearly just as many don’t. If you want to uplift your mood but don’t want to break the bank, results showed that being outdoors in the fresh air is enough of spring pick-me-up. By the way if you are hitting the road, the survey found the morning time is when many feel the most energized.
