Daughter Shares Lengthy Measures Dad Took to Find Her Pet Hamster, Chester!

Her dad became quite the pet detective even setting up a tracking station using flour to find Chester the hamster.

You know how the very person who resists getting a pet ends up being the one loving it the most.   This dad was against his daughter getting a hamster from the beginning.  After the daughter went to college and left her pet Chester, she received a panicked text from her dad that the hamster disappeared.   His daughter posted about the whole thing.   She got a concerning text from her dad who was frantic when he couldn’t find Chester.   Dad apologized for loosing sight and strategized to find him.  He set up a tracking station complete with a ring of flour, so if the hamster walked through it, he’d leave little footprints behind.   The dad even declared he couldn’t go to his law job until the creature was found.   Chester eventually was found in his cage. Dad said it was the most stressful day in his life since the bar exam.
