Suspects Identified In North Myrtle Beach Robbery
The incident occurred on December 20th at a Burlington Coat Factory in North Myrtle Beach.
Two suspects have now been identified in connection to an assault and robbery incident.
The attempted robbery occurred on December 20th at a Burlington Coat Factory in North Myrtle Beach.
The police report states the complainant heard a merchandise alarm going off and saw a woman in a black blazer wearing a face mask attempting to push a shopping cart out of the store. When they approached the woman, she witnessed the woman toting a bag with security tags still intact and shoes sticking out of the bag. When the woman was asked to reveal the items of the security tagged bag she said “are you trying to get sued?”
The compliant was able to retrieve a few of the items back before a man shoved her to the ground and fled the store with the woman along with a young child.
The suspects have been identified as Alicia Gibson and Christopher Corbin both of Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Warrants have been issued for strong-armed robbery.
No arrests have been made at this time.
