Man Wanted For Charges Of Murder And Assault

The suspect is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

Police are searching for a wanted suspect in connection to a shooting that led to the death of one person.

On Saturday, police were called to Ballance Farm Road and Maple Leaf Drive in Robeson County around 9:45p.m.. Officers discovered the deceased body of 26-year-old, Amonte Blocker, at the scene.

25-year-old, Trevion Cooper remains at large. The suspect allegedly assaulted a second victim who is still alive. He is wanted on charges of first-degree murder and assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.
