NASA’s Artemis I Mission Is Delayed Again

The mission has been delayed for the second time as NASA's space launch system faces the storm of Nicole.

NASA’s Artemis I mission is expected to send an un-crewed spacecraft on a test mission around the moon.

The mission has been delayed for the second time as NASA’s space launch system faces the storm of Nicole.

The rocket is sitting on its launchpad at Kennedy Space Center, which is located slightly to the North of where the storms center is expected to make landfall.

The space agency appointed November 14th for the third launch attempt but is now looking at November 16th depending on if safety conditions are approved for employees to return to work and inspections are cleared after the storm passes.

November 16th would offer a two-hour launch window that opens at 1:40a.m.
