Things to know for Election Day:

Polls opened Tuesday at 7a.m and will close that same night at 7p.m.

Some Horry County locations have been temporarily changed for todays elections:

  • Dunes #1- Ocean View Education Center in Myrtle Beach
  • Myrtlewood #2- Myrtle Beach Adult Education Center
  • Garden City #2- Seaside Elementary School

Voters can find their polling location on the SCvotes_website by selecting their county and entering their name, date of birth, and the last 4 digits of their social security number.

Voters must show a photo ID to cast a ballot in South Carolina. Valid forms of identification:

  • South Carolina driver’s license
  • S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles ID card
  • S.C. Concealed Weapons Permit
  • S.C. Voter Registration card with photo
  • U.S. Passport
  • Federal Military ID
