The supreme court has rejected a request to block a subpoena for Republican Senator, Lindsey Graham, to testify in front of a grand jury.

An Atlanta special grand jury is investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

The South Carolina Senator filed an emergency request requesting the justices to pause the testimony until legal challenges play out.

The judges’ denial means that Graham will have to stand before the jury and testify.

He will be allowed to object answering certain questions meaning responses could be limited.

The testimony is set to proceed on November 17th.
