Drexel was visiting Myrtle Beach in 2009 when she went missing. Earlier this year, her remains were discovered in Georgetown. 62-year-old, Raymond Moody confessed to kidnapping and killing the 17-year-old.
The convicted rapist will face a judge after waiving his rights to a bond hearing and arraignment.
