The Best Book Bazaar benefits the Palmetto Literacy Council, mark your calendars for Sept. 10!
Dodi Hodges with the Palmetto Literacy Council joins Audra on Carolina A.M. Palmetto Literacy is a local non profit that focuses on tutoring for school-aged children and adults who struggle with basic reading, writing, or math. Best Book Bazaar benefits this program.

Saturday, September 10, 2022, at the
Horry County Adult Learning Center, 1033 N. Oak St, Myrtle Beach
9:00 am-3:00 pm.
Accepting new and gently used books as donations for the sale until September 1. To
schedule a drop off or pick up call (843) 945-9278 or email info@palmettoliteracy.org.
Thousands of books will be categorized for easy shopping and will include selections suitable for
children and adults.
Early Access Brunch
Speaker: Award-winning Poet Dan Albergotti will be the featured guest.
Gift-baskets will be raffled off
50-50 raffle
Ticket holders get to shop before doors open to the public at noon.
Early Access Brunch tickets are $25 and can be purchased on Palmetto Literacy Council’s
Facebook page.

Books for adults are $1 and books for children are 2 for $1.
The Blood Connection will be on site from 9:00am-2:00pm.
Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
