From Buffalo Chicken Pasta Salad to Boiled Peanuts and Pie….Patti Hilton has a Spread on Carolina AM!

1 cup Sugar

4 TBSP Butter

Grated rind and juice of 3 small Lemons

4 Eggs (separated)

1 pie crust (Baked)

Cream Butter & Sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in Egg Yolks. Add grated Lemon rind and juice.  Beat. In a separate bowl beat Egg Whites until stiff and lightly fold in. Pour into pie shell and bake 350 degrees about 25 to 35 minutes.
