Democrats are expected to retake control of the House, flipping several Republican-held seats in a major midterm setback for the GOP.

President Trump remains defiant against a Democratic-controlled Congress, saying that he plans to use his “power of veto” to block legislation he opposes while remaining open to negotiations.
