Grand 14 Theater In Market Common To Undergo Renovations

The theater will remain open during construction with at least seven auditoriums available throughout the renovations.

The theater in The Market Common is set to undergo renovations.

Renovations for the GTC Grand Theater are scheduled to begin in September. The project will be completed in two phases.

The first phase will bring a new IMAX auditorium while upgrading six auditoriums with luxury recliner seating and reserved seating. That is expected to be finished in December.

The second phase will involve completing renovations to the remaining seven auditoriums and bringing luxury recliner seating and reserved seating throughout the theater. That phase is expected to wrap up during the first quarter of 2027.
