Crash Leaves Four People Hurt Including HCPD Officer
Three vehicles were involved and crews had to remove people who were entrapped.
A crash in Horry County left several people hurt.
The accident happened Thursday afternoon along Carolina Forest Boulevard and Waterbridge Boulevard.
An officer with the Horry County Police Department had stopped and activated emergency lights to remove debris from the roadway at the time of the accident.
Three vehicles were involved and crews had to remove people who were entrapped. Four people were transported to a hospital including the officer who suffered serious but non-life threatening injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
