One Person Airlifted To Hospital Following ATV Crash

A person was ejected in a field off Hughes Gasque Road in the Aynor area. They were trapped nearly 10 feet down in a ditch.

One person was airlifted to a hospital following an ATV crash in Horry County.

The accident occurred shortly after 8pm Wednesday. A person was ejected in a field off Hughes Gasque Road in the Aynor area. They were trapped nearly 10 feet down in a ditch.

Horry County Fire Rescue crews had to cut through trees and brush to access the person. They were stabilized and treated on the scene before being airlifted to a hospital. Their current condition is unknown at this time. Authorities are investigation the crash.
