One woman has been arrested and charged in connection to a shooting in Myrtle Beach.
On June 4, police responded to 2005 Greens Boulevard, the address for Carmens Corner on reports of a shooting.
46-year-old Meshelle Johnson reportedly became “irate” when the victim refused to take her to a gas station. The victim pushed Johnson out of his room and closed the door. That prompted her to leave and return to the room. When the victim opened the door, she allegedly opened fire.
The victim was struck once in the neck and once in the arm but his current condition is unclear. Johnson was arrested and charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime, attempted murder, and unlawful possession of firearms and ammunition.
