Pedestrian Sustains Serious Injuries After Being Struck By Vehicle
The accident happened in the area of Highway 76 West and Bancroft Road where the victim was struck by a vehicle.
A pedestrian sustained serious injuries after an incident unfolded in Florence County.
The accident happened around 10:30pm Wednesday. A victim was struck by a vehicle in the area of Highway 76 West and Bancroft Road.
West Florence Fire Rescue crews responded to the scene. The victim was taken to a hospital by EMS but their current condition is unknown.
The Florence County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene due to reports of “disorderly individuals in the area” at the same time as the crash.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating.
