Second Arrest Made In 2023 Cold Case Out Of Florence Co.

26-year-old Rashawn Dickerson was shot multiple times while sitting in his vehicle along Pindo Court in Florence.

A second arrest has been made in connection to a 2023 cold case out of Florence County.

On April 8, 2023, 26-year-old Rashawn Dickerson was shot multiple times while sitting in his vehicle along Pindo Court in Florence. The incident happened while the suspects were committing an armed robbery.

23-year-old Marquez Black was arrested and charged with murder, attempted murder, and armed robbery. Last year, 33-year-old Deporcha Miller was also arrested in connection with Dickerson’s death.

Both suspects are being held at the Florence County Detention Center. An investigation remains underway.
