A two vehicle crash in Horry County left several people injured.

The accident happened around 1:41pm Sunday along Highway 308 in Galivants Ferry.

Four people were taken to a hospital. Their current conditions are unknown.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and the Horry County Police Department are investigating the crash.
