20 Year Sentence for NC Man for Market Common Chase/Shooting Incident

A North Carolina man who shot at Myrtle Beach police officers during a pursuit through The Market Common last May is headed to prison for 20 years.

Omarion Glass, 20, of Greensboro, pleaded guilty Tuesday to attempted murder and possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime.

He’s required to serve at least 85% of his sentenced and will have two strikes under South Carolina law.
