‘Rufus’ is capable of answering any questions customers may have as well as make recommendations based on their preferences and needs.

‘Rufus’ launched Thursday to a select amount of users in Amazon’s mobile app.

The company plans to progressively roll out the AI assistant to the rest of U.S. consumers in the coming weeks.
