Brittanee Drexel’s Estate Is Suing A Myrtle Beach Hotel

Attorney, Roy Wiley, said they will not stop until full justice in this case is delivered.

Brittanee Drexel’s estate announced a new civil lawsuit in connection to her death and disappearance.

The lawsuit named Bar Harbor Resort and Smith Family Partnership as well as Raymond Moody.

In 2009, the 17-year-old minor was staying at the Myrtle Beach hotel without her parent’s permission. Drexel was lured into a truck that transported her to Georgetown County where she was murdered.

After her remains were discovered last year, Moody pleaded guilty to killing her and was sentenced to life in prison.

The new lawsuit in which all three defendants are being sued, was brought individually by the estate of Drexel and her mother is just a beneficiary.

Attorney, Roy Wiley, said they will not stop until full justice in this case is delivered.
