Hunter Biden Sues Former Trump Aid For Sharing Private Information
Garrett Ziegler and 10 unnamed defendants allegedly accessed Biden's cell phone data and shared private information including nude pictures of him and evidence of his drug use.
On Wednesday, attorneys for Hunter Biden filed a lawsuit alleging that a former Trump administration aid played a role in distributing private email’s and photos from a laptop that belonged to the president’s son.
Garrett Ziegler and 10 unnamed defendants allegedly accessed Biden’s cell phone data and shared private information including nude pictures of him and evidence of his drug use.
The information collected from his laptop and cell phone have made many news headlines and have become part of federal investigations and ongoing probes.
Biden’s attorneys demanded a court order attempting to keep Ziegler and others from accessing the data, and a jury trial to determine other damages that came with putting Biden in compromising positions.
The suit is the latest move against those who have participated in the laptop controversy.
