Applications Opened For Habitat For Humanity Of Horry Co. Homeowner Program

This program is between 18-24 months long. After completion, families can then purchase their home with an interest-free mortgage.

Habitat for Humanity of Horry County is now accepting applications for their homebuyer program.

The Habitat Homebuyer Program requires qualified families to attend monthly financial classes, perform sweat equity hours, pay closing costs, pay down their current debt, and agree to refrain from taking on more debt.

This program is between 18-24 months long. After completion, families can then purchase their home with an interest-free mortgage.

To qualify, applicants had to reside in Horry County for at least a year. They must also fall within 35%-80% of the median household income in Horry County.
