Florence County Seek Help Locating Wanted Man

The suspect is wanted on attempted murder charges after the woman was found shot in the abdomen and transported to a hospital.

Florence County Police are searching for one man wanted in connection to a shooting incident.

35-year-old Edwin Small is accused of shooting a woman at the Knight’s Inn Motel in the 1800 block of W. Lucas Street. He stands around 5-foot-6-inches tall and weighs nearly 140 pounds.

Small has black hair and brown eyes as well as tattoos on his right forearm and upper right shoulder. He is wanted on attempted murder charges after the woman was found shot in the abdomen and transported to a hospital.

The victim’s condition is unknown at this time and anyone with information on Small’s whereabouts or the shooting incident is urged to contact the Florence County Sheriff’s Office.
