Amazon Increases Free Shipping Minimum For Non-Prime Members
The company said they continually evaluate and make adjustments which prompted the increase in the free shipping minimum cost.
Amazon is raising its free shipping minimum costs for customers that are not subscribed to their Amazon Prime membership.
Previously, to qualify for free shipping, Non-Prime members were required to purchase an order totaling to at least $25. However, on Monday, the E-commerce giant raised that minimum to $35.
The company said they continually evaluate and make adjustments, adding that raising the price minimum to qualify for free shipping was set after evaluations concluded this could benefit the company’s financial state.
