Spain Gains Its First Women’s World Cup Title
This year's Women's World Cup final was played against England who was competing for its first World Cup title as well.
One goal was all it took for Spain to gain its first Women’s World Cup title.
Player, Olga Carmona scored the only goal of the game in the 29th minute leading the team to its victory.
Spain now joins the U.S., Germany, Norway, and Japan as World Cup Champions.
