Attorneys For The Idaho Murder Suspect Give An Alibi

Bryan Kohberger faces four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of the students who were fatally stabbed.

Attorneys for the suspect accused of killing four University of Idaho students have provided an alibi.

Prosecutors filed a motion last week to compel Bryan Kohberger to share an exact location for his alibi and the names of witnesses who could testify to his location. His attorneys say the 28-year-old has a history of taking long drives by himself with no exact destination in mind and claimed that is what he was doing at the time of the murders. There is no specific witness who could confirm where he was at each moment of the night.

The murders occurred around 4 and 4:25a.m. on November 13th of 2022.

Kohberger faces four counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of the students who were fatally stabbed. He has been in police custody since he was arrested seven weeks after the murders and is being held without bond. Prosecutors plan to seek the death penalty.
