National Hammock Day Celebration

The two-day festival starts on July 21st at the Georgetown County Chamber Hammock Coast Visitor Center at 28 Wall Street in Pawleys Island.

A two-day celebration will be hosted at the Chamber’s Visitor Center in Georgetown County.

Every year, the Georgetown County Chamber of Commerce and South Carolina’s Hammock Coast, underscore National Hammock Day with community events featuring vendors and free Hammock Coast goodies including t-shirt giveaways.

Free food and drinks will also be offered to the first 100 visitors. Some vendors that are participating are Kona Ice, Smoothie King, Chick-Fil-A, Sunset Slush, and MyMikeCooks.

There will also be a drawing for a chance to win a free hammock.
