Single Car Crash Resulted In The Death Of One Person

35-year-old Travis Shannon was identified as the driver as well as the only occupant of the vehicle and did not survive the crash.

In the early hours of Tuesday morning, a crash resulted in the death of one person.

Around 1:45a.m., a Chevy Trailblazer was traveling west on Highway 378 near Tampa Lane in Horry County, when the SUV ran off the road and overturned.

35-year-old Travis Shannon was identified as the driver as well as the only occupant of the vehicle and did not survive the crash.

The incident is being investigated by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
