Florida Governor Sues The Biden Administration
Ron DeSantis alleges that they are violating the private non-delegation doctrine, the appointments clause, and the spending clause of the U.S. Constitution.
On Thursday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced that the state is suing the Biden Administration.
The lawsuit names the Administration, the U.S. Department of Education, Education Secretary Miguel Cardona, and others.
DeSantis alleges that they are violating the private non-delegation doctrine, the appointments clause, and the spending clause of the U.S. Constitution.
The Florida governor filed the lawsuit for allegedly violating the constitution by allowing higher education accreditation groups to ‘threaten’ the status of state universities without oversight, claiming they have too much authority and lack accountability.
