Overturned Box Truck Blocks Traffic on Carolina Bays Parkway

No one was transported to a hospital as a result of the single-vehicle crash. 

If you were detoured yesterday while attempting to travel on Carolina Bays Parkway, here’s why. A box truck overturned just before 3:00pm in the area of Highway 31 and Highway 501. This video was provided by a South Carolina Department of Transportation traffic camera which shows the moments that crews were working to flip the enterprise box truck upright after it was tipped on its passenger side. Drivers were asked to avoid the area. No one was transported to a hospital as a result of the single-vehicle crash.
