The South Carolina lottery wants to put your dog on its scratch tickets. The SC Education Lottery is taking online submissions of dog photos. The lucky winners will appear on the two-dollar sratch-off tickets during the holiday season! 25 dogs will be selected and have their photos posted on the lottery’s website for the public to vote on their favorites. The top six dogs will appear on the “Happy Paw-lidays” tickets in October. Dog owners have until May 12th to send in their submissions. They will also have a chance to win a 100-dollar gift card to Chewy.
