Little River Bridge Closed for the Weekend

For those on the water, the bridge will be open to marine traffic on a limited basis

Drivers in the Little River area are being warned about a closure this weekend. The South Carolina Department of Transportation announced that the Little River swing bridge will be closed for repairs following a crash that happened yesterday. Drivers in the area are encouraged to slow down and follow the marked detour route. For those on the water, the bridge will be open to marine traffic on a limited basis through coordination with the Coast Guard.
