Travelers Sleep Better in an AirBNB Than A Hotel
The National Sleep Foundation says opt for an Air BNB for better rest.
Do you feel more rested after sleeping in a hotel or an Air BNB? The National Sleep Foundation says opt for an Air BNB for better rest. They found that 66.9% of travelers get 7 hours of sleep when staying in a rental property compared to 53.8% at a hotel. An expert with the foundation says it could be because it’s a home with all the conveniences, while at the same time, gives the feel of a vacation. Plus, some people say not all hotels have a welcoming feeling or a unique feel to them. Other distractions could be dry air and noise levels.
