Analysts studied the data of 61 people who drank three to four cups of coffee daily. Researchers separated volunteers into three different groups…two groups were given decaf coffee, with one believing it was regular coffee, while the third group was given water…the team found that participants who consumed the decaf coffee even when they were not aware they were consuming it, didn’t experience as many withdrawal symptoms like headaches, irritability, or fatigue compared to those who didn’t drink it.
