Study Revealed Most U.S. Adults Support Banning All Tobacco Products

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, conducted a research study and discovered half of U.S. adults support the ban of tobacco and almost two-thirds support the ban of menthol cigarette sales.
The 2021 poll, including 6,445 U.S. adults was published on Thursday in the journal “Preventing Chronic Disease”.
Smoking remains the leading cause of preventable disease, disability, and death in the U.S.. Parts of the country have started moving in the direction to ban the products.
At least 145 U.S. communities prohibit the sale of menthol cigarettes and flavored products.
