Lakeland Florida Shooting Resulted In 10 People Injured
Eight victims suffered non-life threatening wounds as the other two are in critical condition.
A shooting in Lakeland, Florida resulted in 10 people injured.
Monday afternoon, a dark-blue, four-door Nissan Sedan slowly cruised by a crowd of people that were gathered along a residential street. Four shooters in the vehicle opened fire on the crowd. The four suspects remain at large at this time.
Monday night, officials were searching for the vehicle and shooters and believe it was a “targeted attack”.
Police discovered a large amount of marijuana at the scene which led them to believe the sale of drugs could have been going on at the time. It is unclear if that is related to the shooting or not.
