Myles Hill with Neverbored 24/7  is a personal trainer and movement specialist.  He joins Audra back in the studio for the final round of our workout series.  This now gives us four workouts to do anywhere, anytime, with just one kettlebell.

Do each exercise for 40 seconds with a 20 second break between each.  Do three rounds.
