Classified Documents Discovered In Biden’s Private Office

The documents were found when Biden's attorneys were packing files that were stored away while preparing to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington D.C..

Less than a dozen classified documents have been discovered in President Joe Biden’s private office from his time as Vice President.

It is unclear what the information the documents contain or why they were located in Biden’s private office. Federal officeholders are required by law to turn in official documents and classified records as soon as their government service ends.

The documents were found when Biden’s attorneys were packing files that were stored away while preparing to vacate office space at the Penn Biden Center in Washington D.C..

The White House is cooperating with the National Archives and the Department of Justice regarding the discovery of what appears to be Obama-Biden Administration records which includes documents with classified markings.

The findings are now reportedly being looked over by the U.S. Attorney General for Chicago.
