B.J. and AUdra Test Their Push-up Skills

The test challenges you to perform as many reps (from your feet) as possible in 60 seconds and tells you where you rank among your peers.

For many, trying to do one or two full push-ups from your feet can be nearly impossible…while that may be…the american council on exercise says….says muscular endurance is one of the five components of health-related physical fitness. So, there’s the push-up test and it measures your muscular endurance by challenging you to perform as many reps (from your feet) as possible in 60 seconds and tells you where you rank among your peers. To take the test, set a timer for a minute and do as many as you can.  If you can’t quite do one…begin building strength with wall push ups or lower your knees to the ground.
