Alex Jones Ordered to Pay Additional $473 Million to Sandy Hook Families

Attorney for the Sandy Hook families, says he wants to make sure Jones pays every penny he has.

A Connecticut judge has awarded $473-million in punitive damages to Sandy Hook families. That’s in addition to a nearly one billion dollar verdict in compensatory damages awarded by a jury against Alex Jones in October. Chris Mattei, the attorney for the Sandy Hook families, says he wants to make sure Jones pays every penny he has. The info-wars host was found to have intentionally spread malicious lies that the 2012 school massacre was a hoax. Jones previously promised to appeal the original decision and said he did not have any more money to pay out.
