South Carolina Early Voters Broke A Record
Early voters doubled the previous 1-day record for early voting in statewide primaries
South Carolina voters set a record yesterday.
Early voters in the state almost doubled the previous 1-day record for early voting in statewide primaries with the total of 40 thousand voters.
Horry County has several voting locations, in the Carolina Forest location alone, 500 voters came out to cast their ballots early.
The high number of voters seeking information caused the state election commission website to crash. The crash only affected the website and not the in person voting locations.
