Early Voting In South Carolina Will Be Available Until Nov. 5th

Voters must present a valid photo ID when checking in to vote.

On October 24th, early voting centers in South Carolina have opened their doors.

S.C. voters who want to vote ahead of election day can cast their ballots at any location hosting an early voting center. Early voting is available Monday-Saturday from 8:30a.m-6p.m. Polls will not be open on Sundays.

The last day for early voting is November 5th.

Voters must present a valid photo ID when checking in to vote.

Acceptable forms of photo ID:

  • A standard ID or REAL S.C. Driver’s License
  • South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles ID card, standard ID or a REAL ID
  • South Carolina Concealed Weapons permit
  • SC Voter Registration Card with Photo
  • Federal military ID: all Department of Defense photo IDs and Veterans Affairs Benefit Cards, or a U.S. Passport.
