The argument is set to begin Wednesday at 10a.m and can be watched live.

Wednesday morning, arguments in the case against South Carolina’s ban on abortions will begin.

The oral argument will be hosted in the South Carolina Supreme Court. The lawsuit claims the ban violates the state’s constitutional rights to privacy and equal protection for patients’ health and relegate sexual assault victims’ access to abortion by disclosing personal information to law enforcement.

The lawsuit was filed by Planned Parenthood South Atlantic, Greenville Women’s Clinic, and 2 physicians who provide abortions in S.C.

The argument is set to begin at 10a.m and can be watched live.
