All week we’ve given you some creative ways to relax. lavender towels, splatter art, and with slime. Here are a few things to help you forget about the stress. There’s a thing called “weird breaks” that are good for you and help you forget about stress! Some are so silly you can’t help but laugh, and who couldn’t use more of that! Greg and Audra share a few examples. Audra demonstrates one.
- Buy 2 of the craziest drinks on the way into work and share with your co-worker.
- Make as many cool sounds with a piece of paper as you can.
- Putt from the opposite side. Try to do anything the opposite way.
- Walk backwards.
- Drink water upside down. This helps with hiccups and stress. Audra demonstrates how Dr. Oz does it.
- Pull a practical joke. We need more laughter.
- Change things up, move things to opposite side for a day.
