Mariah Carey was sued over her 1994 Christmas classic “All I Want for Christmas is You.” A songwrter is claiming he cowrote the tune with the same title five years earlier. Andy Stone is seeking $20 million in damages from Carey, her co-writer and Sony. Carey’s song has topped the Billboard Hot 100 Chart every year since 2019.
